Electronic communications

Domium Pty Ltd (ABN 36 627 819 247), Australian Credit Licence number 529957, referred to as “Domium”, “we”, “us” or “our”, communicates with you electronically in accordance with applicable laws.

You consent to using electronic means to enter into agreements, to be bound by your legal obligations, and to receive all communications relating to Domium’s products and services electronically. Please note that if you do not consent to receiving electronic communications from Domium, we may be unable to provide the services you request or our products and services.

This consent and authority apply to all communications that may legally be provided electronically, including, but not limited to, statements, notices and disclosure documents that we are required to give you in relation to any facilities or products you hold with us. We rely on this consent to communicate with you by email to the address you have provided, by SMS to the mobile number you have provided, by making a notice available for you to access on our website, and by any other electronic communication method. You must notify Domium if your phone number, email address or any other contact details change.

Where you agree to receive communications electronically, Domium will no longer be required to send you any relevant notice or document in paper form. It is your responsibility to print or save all communications you receive from Domium.

Electronic consent (e-consent)

By providing your mobile number or email address and then clicking “I AGREE” or “CONTINUE” in any online agreement, registration or application form, you agree to the use of electronic signatures on those online documents and acknowledge that your electronic signature has the same effect as if you had signed them in ink.

This consent applies to all types of communications that are permitted by law to occur electronically. Therefore, paper documents may not be provided to you unless we are required to do so by law. You must regularly check the electronic communication channels you have nominated for communications from us. If your details change, you must promptly notify us.
